I am an individual customer; I have a DAT policy.

1. What is happening with Noor Takaful or Dar al Takaful?

Noor Takaful is now a Dar al Takaful company, we will continue to service all of our new customers and all of our existing certificate holders.

2. What will happen to my insurance policy? Is it still valid?

Your Takaful certificate is valid until the date of expiration, you will find this information on your policy documentation. If you have trouble finding it, you can contact one of our customer delight representatives by dialing 800-Takaful (8252385) or by emailing us at info@noortakaful.com or by WhatsApp 050 651 8475, and we will be happy to help you.

3. I need to submit a claim, what do I do?

If you have a motor claim, you can email us directly at motorclaims@dat.ae.

If you have a medical claim: You can submit your claim by contacting your TPA. If you do not know who your TPA is, you may find this information on the back of your medical card. If you cannot find this information please contact us one of our customer delight representatives by dialing 800-Takaful (8252385) or by emailing us at medclaims@dat.ae or by WhatsApp 050 651 8475, and we will be happy to help you.

4. I have already submitted a claim, what will happen to my claim?

There are no changes to our claims process. Your claim will continue to be managed and settled as per the terms and conditions of your certificate.

5. I need to make a change to my existing Dar al Takaful policy, who do I contact to help me?

Yes, your quotation is valid until the date of expiry.
